At the time, my daughter was 19 and she listened to every type of music. I knew she would know who the artist was. So, I texted her and asked, “Have you heard of Avicii?” She responded immediately, saying, “Swedish DJ, he’s a genius, he’s my favorite artist.” I told her that he wanted me to sing a song on his next record, and she couldn’t believe it.
